Return/Damage Policy

  • We DO take returns for any damaged or defective product as long as you contact us within 7 days so that we can contact the supplier. 
  • We DO take returns for incorrect items shipped as long as you follow the return process.
  • This process must be followed for your return to be accepted and a label sent
    • Return/Damage Process: Take pictures of damaged item or the wrong item shipped and send the item #, order #, and pictures to admin@dropshiphappens.com
    • You will receive a response in 24-48 business hours. 
    • Wrong items shipped that are being returned, MUST be in resellable condition without odor, with tags (if tagged) attached. IF an item is not in resellable condition, it will not be accepted. 
  • We DO NOT accept returns for mis-ordered items 
  • If an item was miss ordered, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE the item has shipped to cancel the order and place order for the correct item. 

Shipping

  • Product is packaged individually and then place in polymailer - double bagged if needed. 
  • Confirmation email to you, not your customer 
  • Your Boutique Name on return address lable
  • No receipt in package - only packing slip with no pricing
  • Exact shipping based on USPS and UPS shipping
